Restless Nites is thrilled to present the highly anticipated 2023 edition of the Substance Festival, an enchanting showcase of captivating dark rock, high-energy industrial, pulsating electronica, and cutting-edge post-punk and darkwave. Taking place over 4 days, this annual celebration of unbridled creativity will transform the iconic Globe Theatre in Los Angeles into a sacred space for music lovers.
